NARRATIVE WORK for WOMEN ready to REWRITE THEIR STORY

SELF-GUIDED

PRIVATE MENTORSHIP

THE COLLECTIVE

what it is

Rewritten is a guided methodology for recognizing the narratives shaping your identity, decisions, relationships, and patterns, to help you consciously choose what comes next so you can finally create a life that feels inspiring, empowered, and f*cking free.

The Beyond The Story Method moves you through three phases — Awaken, Reframe, Embody — so the shift doesn't just stay on the page. It lives in your decisions, your boundaries, your life.

The science bit about narrative writing.

Because this isn't all woo.

*scrambling to put my glasses on*

With Rewritten, your journal is the vehicle for uncovering the beliefs behind your behaviors.

And yes, there's neuroscience behind why writing by hand works. Your brain's threat detector calms down. Your prefrontal cortex lights up. You move from reacting to responding.

The prompts aren't busywork. They're neurologically supported narrative processing. -mic drop-

“This program was so opening!

"This wasn't motivation. It was recognition. And then a different way of moving through my life."

— Akeisha de Baat

Who This Is For

You're not spiraling — you're waking tf up.

You're thoughtful. You're midlife. You've done a lot of inner work, built a life or business that looks like it should fit, and learned how to keep going even when things felt off.

You're in the messy middle: no longer who you were, not yet clear on who you're becoming. Your old story worked — until it didn't. Something feels off, but you can't quite name it. You don't want to burn everything down. You want to make the right next move. Not the loud one. Not the impressive one. The true one.

Rewritten is for women who aren't trying to reinvent themselves. They're trying to reconcile themselves.

"I finally understood that I wasn't blocked or confused about my story. I was protecting myself from not being believed. Once that clicked, everything shifted."

— Cherie Faus-Smith, Community Facilitator, Speaker & Rewriter

Sis, Your Story is yoUr purpose

15 years ago, therapy and a deep dive into codependent patterns gave me the tools to own my experiences instead of running from them, and to turn shame into self-trust.

But years later, stepping into entrepreneurship, I lost my nerve. I hid behind perfection. I muted parts of myself. I felt disconnected from the truth I already knew how to live.

Finding my way back meant remembering this: Your story is your purpose.

It became my responsibility to take inventory of my story and start rewriting the parts I’d outgrown — shifting them from shame into empowerment.

Rewritten is the same process I’ve used again and again in my own life, and what I now share with my clients.

Built on the foundation of my Beyond The Story Method, Rewritten helps you awaken to what you’re carrying, reframe what no longer fits, and embody your next chapter with clarity and self-trust.

“I had no idea how much an old wound was still running my life—until one of Jessica’s journaling prompts brought it to the surface.

Through her powerful guidance, coaching, and the safe community she creates, I was able to finally name the story, feel it, and start rewriting it. I no longer feel alone in this. Instead of ‘my body is bad,’ I now see my body as a powerful vessel for good. In just two weeks, everything shifted. That’s why I’m joining Rewritten—because this work changes lives, and allows us to step fully into our power.”

What Rewriters Are Saying:

  • "The loss in the story of the victim, and really not being enough, is really changing...

[I’m] choosing to see myself as enough, as worthy of having everything, just from breathing. That story is shifting and changing, which is really awesome… things are coming into my life with way more ease."

    — Akeisha

  • "Sometimes I get stuck or too close-minded...

But hearing others share spurs my thinking in new ways. It’s been really stimulating.

I was craving that group connection...and even just watching the replays, I get new perspectives and ideas.”

    —Nicole

  • "I'm having so many beautiful aha moments doing these journal prompts.

And the most beautiful shifts are happening for myself personally, and for my business. I truly am enjoying this so much because I'm uncovering some really deep truths that aren't mine.

From the deepest part of my soul, this is like the next level for me. There's this liberation in me where I have felt like there have been these heavy chains on me, and they broke, and they're gone and they're not here.”

    —Cherie

  • "I realized that even though I've done plenty of therapy...

For other things in the past, there were still a lot of things mentally blocking me from really doing what I wanted to do.

Being in this really supportive group of other women, business owners and journaling really helped me think through some of those blocks that were holding me back.”

    — Kristin

  • “I’m learning to trust myself...

To know what I need for this season, without chasing every resource or checklist.

This is for anyone who feels stuck—like they’re hitting a wall and can’t get past it. It gives you a space to explore the story you’ve been holding onto about who you used to be, and shift into who you’re becoming.”

    — Brie

  • "Before coming into this program, I was really hard on myself...

for not being the product of what I do in the unicorn perfect way. Going through this process has allowed me to see myself as just another regular human… and that has completely shifted how I approach my days, my life, my little gremlins."

    — Akeisha

  • "I’m no longer accepting that I won’t finish what I start.

I think sometimes we say we want change, but we may not believe that we can change or we may not really be ready for the change. Rewriting our stories helps us make the change we want.”

    — Brie

  • “There’s something really powerful about being reminded that I have agency again.

I started thinking about what I want—not what I should want. And that feels huge.”

    — Melissa

  • "I found my voice again without having to force it.

I stopped trying to make my story make sense to others and started trusting that it already does.

I also realized that my work isn’t about performance or visibility. It’s about creating spaces where women don’t have to rush, explain, justify, or edit themselves. That clarity changed how I relate to my story, my brand, and how I want to show up in the world.”

    — Cherie

  • “One of the things I've been sitting with for a couple of days is the realization I had of these stories that have kept popping up.

So that realization was beyond powerful and has really put a fresh perspective on a lot of things for me.”

    —Brie

  • “The prompts get me writing in surprising ways.

I’ve started naming my old narratives—like ‘The girl who earns for it all’—and it’s empowering not to let them run my life anymore.”

    — Nicole

  • “I never considered myself the ‘victim’ type,

but I realized I slip into that role when I’m overwhelmed. Rewritten helped me see those patterns with compassion instead of shame.”

    — Jessica

  • "I knew it was the right time to dive deeper into my story...

And learn how to heal what wasn't mine to hold.

After our time together, I finally understood that I wasn’t blocked, resistant, or confused about my story. I was protecting myself from not being believed. Once that clicked, everything shifted. My voice softened and strengthened at the same time.”

    — Cherie
