The Rewriter’s Collective
A supportive identity-work community for female entrepreneurs who are done building alone…your business, your relationships, and yo-self.
Enrollment opens quarterly.
Everyone carries a loop of unexamined thoughts running in the background…
Old stories about who they are, what they deserve, what they're capable of. Left alone, that loop doesn't just sit there. It literally runs the show.
It shapes what you charge, what you post, what you don't send, who you don't call.
The loop doesn't break because you know better.
It breaks when the thing holding you back is written out on paper and said out loud to someone who can actually hear it.
It's literally why confession, witnessing, and fellowship show up in every real and close relationship. It’s emotional intimacy, babe.
I've never rewritten a story alone.
In every major shift in my life, I had women beside me holding space for me to fall apart, ugly-cry, whatever. And she never held my vulnerability against me. I’m not about mean girl bullsh*t.
The thing is, those unspoken thoughts left in the dark get stronger (and darker), and spoken thoughts lose their grip.
That's the big mutha-effin’ why behind the Rewriter’s Collective.
THE COLLECTIVE IS OFFICIALLY OPEN FOR Q4
What the Collective is All About
-
Not a noisy feed to scroll, a push to post more or hustle harder, or a course to consume. It’s designed as a village, a room you show up to, to do life and business in real time, together. Be known, be witnessed, say the thing before it’s been cleaned up for public consumption.
-
TBH, you don’t need 500 people cheering from a feed. You need a tight community of women who actually know what's going on with you, who support and love on you through the mess, who you feel comfortable sharing honestly with about what’s going on in business and life, and who call you back to the truth when the old story creeps in.
-
Most of what you believe about yourself isn't fact — it's a story on repeat. And the good news is you get to evolve, grow, redefine, and rewrite that sh*t. Here, you get to see it, question it, and build an identity that actually matches the woman and leader you already are on a soul level, sis.
-
Your achievements build a résumé. But your people, your tribe, build your legacy. Real relationships take self-awareness and honesty, not overfunctioning, proving, or people-pleasing. They take self-awareness, honesty, boundaries, and a willingness to look at your own patterns.
-
How you lead your team, your clients, and your own life all comes from the same root: how well you know yourself. This is where you build that foundation — trust, clarity, boundaries — so leadership stops feeling like performance and starts feeling like alignment.
-
When you do this work, it reverberates outward into your relationships, your business, and the people around you. They start feeling a shift in you before you've said a single word about it. You're not the only one who benefits from your healing. Everyone in your orbit does.
what we’re covering
Every session is 90 minutes, and it’s a combination of co-writing and open sharing. It's collaborative and responsive to whatever's actually impacting the collective that month.

Inventory: naming the repeated patterns, triggers, and thoughts actually running the show, so you can take accountability before you rewrite it.
Manifestation: using narrative tools and techniques to get clear on what we want and envision who we need to be to receive it and hold it.
Permission & Boundaries: charging what you're worth, taking up space without apologizing, and communicating boundaries — energetic, physical, emotional — with clients, family, and yourself.
Business & Brand: the visibility, confidence, and decision-making that run your day-to-day, and the stories that deepen how your audience trusts you.
Identity: the roles you've outgrown, the woman and leader you're stepping into, and the narrative tools to get clear on who you need to become to hold what you want.
Nervous System Regulation: techniques & practices to return to your new story on the days you don't feel like "her". Building up your visibility tolerance by regulating before re-storying, not white-knuckling through it.
This is a fellowship of women who are committed to not holding it all together.
There is something in being witnessed and witnessing without fixing that is very restorative. I'm a whole heck of a lot kinder to myself now."
— Akeisha de Baat
The Rhythm of this cohort
October: Surrender. We hand things over. Rituals, letting go, and getting curious about the confusion that's probably protecting you from the truth.
November: Declaration. We say it out loud, and stay regulated while we do it. Together, we build your Identity Guide, a place to remind you of your values, your reconciled story, your transformation statement, your new chapter.
December: Integration. We practice honoring ourselves when family and old roles come pulling, using your Identity Guide as the anchor. We’ll also be reflecting on our progress and growth over 2026.
When you do the work, it reverberates out.
People around me aren't doing the work, but they're feeling the energy of the work I’m doing. We have these stories. And when we start healing them, we become different — and our lives become different.

ENROLLMENT OPENS QUARTERLY
Includes:
✓ Three live calls per month
✓ Replays + narrative prompts of every session
✓ Growing resource library
✓ A community of women building real relationships, not just connections
this is for you if:
You know you’ve hit a ceiling that no amount of strategy has fixed, because it was never a strategy problem. It’s an internal narrative issue.
You know you’re more than your corporate title, your mom role, your 9-to-5, and you're ready to prove it to yourself.
You're craving real relationships with other women who fully understand that entrepreneurship is personal development on steroids and are willing to do the werk.
You want a room small enough where everyone knows your name (Cheers vibes), and consistent enough to really shift things.
You're in a season of change — a pivot, a new chapter, a shedding of who you used to be — and you don't want to do it solo.
You've been in communities where nobody actually engages or shares. You know the difference. This isn't that.
Feel the boobies-up encouragement to:
Spot the hidden patterns running your relationships — and your business — where old wounds and beliefs are quietly costing you connection, peace, or growth.
Build stronger relationships (even with yourself) without overfunctioning, people-pleasing, or abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable.
Redefine what success actually looks like. Your achievements build a résumé. Your people build your legacy.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
As one Rewriter put it: "It's part narrative writing, part therapy, part business goal setting."
-
Nope. The Collective stands on its own. Whether you've done Rewritten, you're doing it now, or you've never heard of it, if you're ready to stop repeating old stories and start building relationship instead, this is for you.
-
The Rewriter’s Collective is open enrollment, no prerequisites. Doors open every quarter. I highly recommend you attend a Stories In Action meetup because that's where you get a feel for the work and the room before committing. From there, you're in.
-
Every membership runs quarter by quarter. Pay in full or in 3 monthly payments. Either way, you're committing to the full quarter. When your term wraps, you can choose whether you want to continue into the next one.
-
Pay quarterly: One payment of $210 covers your full 3-month term. Your membership automatically renews for another quarter at $210 unless you cancel before your renewal date. You don't need to do anything to stay in.
Pay monthly: You'll make 3 monthly payments of $77 to cover your full quarter. You're committing to the full 3-month term, so you can't cancel mid-quarter. After your third payment, your membership ends automatically. If you want to continue into the next quarter, you'll simply re-enroll.
-
All calls are recorded. You can catch the replay anytime. Prompts for co-writing sessions will be provided.
And if a session is ever cancelled or rescheduled, you get an async prompt drop and a voice note instead — so you're never left without something.
-
Right now, calls run Tuesday and Thursday, 9-10:30 AM EST — three sessions a month.
Once you join, I'll check that slot works for you and adjust if there's a real conflict. All calls are recorded either way, so you'll never miss the work.
-
Hard no. Three structured live calls a month, real hot seat coaching, and co-writing sessions that actually move the work forward. This is a live, interactive community, not a Slack channel. We have a villager mindset — members are helping to build the community.
