Name the Narrative Session

A FREE 45-minute session to find the story running your business — and your life.

  • "Wow, thank you so much Jessica for the notes, feedback, and next steps."

    —R.M.

  • "It's a huge power move to be able to take yourself to a place without all the grasping at the external stuff to make yourself feel better."

    — M.C.

  • "I brought what we had discussed to my therapist, which led us into a conversation that uncovered a new technique she will use with me... I'm so grateful that your session has put this healing in motion."

    — C.M

  • “My perception shifted in some areas. And I need to trust that I do good work, and I do the things, and it will all happen when it's supposed to, and just trying to be on more trust days.”

    —A.S.

  • “I do need a little bit more of an intentional practice in order to do this, otherwise my natural tendency is to override and ignore, and then I feel yucky. And I'm like, why do I feel yucky? I was like, oh, because I've overridden and ignored ABC for a period of time, and now it's catching up with me, it's caught me.”

    —M.C.

Entrepreneurship has a way of exposing a story that no longer fits…

The ones running your pricing, your leadership, your capacity to be seen.

Beliefs like:

  • "I have to perform to be worthy."

  • "I can't disappoint people."

  • "If I fail, I'll lose love."

  • "I need permission before I can trust myself."

  • "Being seen isn't safe."

Maybe it looks like the video that's been "almost done" for three weeks. The finished work still sitting in your drafts instead of posted. The retake you keep redoing because it's still not quite right.

That's a story doing its job — keeping you safe by keeping you stuck.

WHAT IS IT?

It’s the first step in the Rewritten process.

A focused, honest conversation rooted in awareness, where we'll identify the core narrative shaping your reactions, decisions, and patterns and keeping you looping on things even if you feel like you “should know better.”

My narrative therapy training comes into play here. Think of me like a therapist for business owners — except instead of diagnosing you, I help you rewrite the narrative that's keeping you anchored to an identity that doesn't serve you or your business anymore.

A smiling woman with silver hair, wearing a snakeskin dress, black heeled boots, and a tan coat, sitting on a leather couch, holding a notebook, tablet, and phone.

STEP ONE

Reflect & Book

Fill out a short reflection form, then grab your time. A few questions to help you arrive already oriented. No pressure to have it figured out before we start.

STEP TWO

Name It Together

On the call, we'll slow down and unpack the story together. By the end, you'll have language for what's actually running the show.

STEP THREE

Leave Supported

We'll talk honestly about what comes next. No pressure to decide anything on the spot…just a clear reflection of what feels most aligned, and where to take your rewrite.

This isn't a discovery call. It isn't therapy.

And you're not making a big decision on the spot. You’ll leave knowing the story that’s been running on autopilot that’s not serving you well.

It's a space to get honest, grounded, and clear about the story you've been living inside, so it stops owning you.

Awaken to the Old Story

Using the first phase of my Beyond The Story Method, we'll name the loop you're caught in, separate lived experience from inherited or outdated meaning, and bring curiosity to where you've been stuck in repetition.

You'll leave with language for what's actually happening, because you can't rewrite what you haven't named.

Name the current narrative by getting curious
