THE REWRITE ROOM
For the woman who has done the werk werk werk werk werk… and is still living the same mutha-effin' chapter.
Want to know when the next Rewrite Room opens?
personal development ain’t new to you…
You've done the workshops. Read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Invested in coaching. Maybe sat in years of therapy. You know your patterns, your triggers, your limiting beliefs. You've learned all the language.
And yet… it's still a "same sh*t, different day" thang.
Still circling the same decision. Still second-guessing yourself. Still forcing the thing you secretly don't want anymore. Still building a business that looks good on paper but doesn't quite feel like yours anymore.
If you're like "how tf did you know this?!" — it's because I've been there too.
Believe me when I say: the thing slowing down your business and keeping you in Groundhog Day livin' is rarely an information problem. It's a story problem. A perspective problem.
You can stack strategy on strategy, learn all the language, put new words to old things…
but an old identity can't execute a new strategy.
Your identity has to shift.
That happens when you get really honest about the story that's been running your decisions — your relationships, your business, your lifestyle, your health — and shift the meaning behind what's happened, declare where you actually wanna go, and start living out new sh*t to bridge the gap.
Because the story you're living from is still making the decisions. The story about who you are. What you're capable of. What's safe. What you're allowed to want. What success is supposed to look like. What happens if you fail. What happens if you actually succeed.
And eventually, you find yourself trying to build a new chapter while still operating from the identity that belonged to the old one. That's exhausting. And it's why more information isn't always the answer.
At some point, you have to get f*cking honest & let yourself dream bigger & desire more.
What do you actually want? Not what makes sense. Not what you've already invested in. Not what everyone else in your industry is doing. What do you actually want — and what are you finally willing to stop doing, believing, tolerating, or carrying in order to make room for it?
That's the work. And that's what we do through the narrative work of Rewritten, inside a cozy, snuggly Rewrite Room.
We uncover the stories quietly shaping your decisions, relationships, visibility, pricing, boundaries, and direction. We look at what happened. We question the meaning you've made from it. We rewrite the perspective. We declare where the fuck you're actually going. And then we practice living from that new story.
Not just understanding it. But rewriting it.
join a Rewrite Room
Rewritten is the narrative writing and story work I've used with dozens of clients over the years to help them uncover the beliefs and identities quietly running their lives — and actually rewrite them.
Now I'm opening the work up in a very small, very intimate container: The Rewrite Room. Just four women.
Not a giant group where you disappear into the crowd. Not private mentorship where the entire experience revolves around only your story. It's the space in between — group depth with a private thread running through it.
Because sometimes there's something incredibly powerful about realizing: Oh shit. I'm not the only one.
You get to be witnessed. You get to witness other women doing the same work. You get to hear yourself say the thing you've been afraid to say. You get to watch someone else have an aha and realize it's yours too. And you get direct access to me along the way.
There will probably be crying. There will definitely be laughing. And sometimes there will be laughter through tears — which, honestly, might be my favorite emotion.
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about becoming honest enough to stop abandoning who you already are. The goal isn't to manufacture some shiny new business identity — it's to get underneath the noise and reconnect with the woman, the soul, who actually knows what she wants. Then we build the bridge between where you are and where you're going.
That might mean finally making the decision you've been circling. Letting go of an offer you've outgrown. Raising your prices. Getting visible. Changing direction. Or giving yourself permission to want something completely different.
There's no prescribed answer.
The work is discovering your answer — and trusting yourself enough to act on it.
And no, you don't need six hours a week to do it. The reflective writing is designed to become part of your actual life — your morning coffee, your walk, your commute, your quiet time. The pocket of the day that's already yours.
You don't need to disappear from your business to do this work. You bring the writing into your life, then bring what comes up into the Rewrite Room, where we work with it together.
Where you can say: "Okay, this came up and I have no fucking idea what to do with it." And we figure it out.
This is where the work reaches places that simply understanding your story sometimes doesn't. My clients tell me this ALL. THE. TIME.
"I thought I had already worked through this." "I've been in therapy for years and this showed me something I'd never seen before." "I finally understood why I keep doing the thing I say I don't want to do."
Not because therapy or coaching or personal development didn't work. But because knowing the story and rewriting the meaning you continue to live from are two different things.

This is for you if:
✓ You've done a lot of personal development but still find yourself repeating the same patterns
✓ You're craving clarity around your direction and what comes next
✓ You know something needs to change, but haven't trusted yourself enough to make the move
✓ You're ready to get radically honest about what you actually want
✓ You're tired of building your business from obligation, fear, or an identity you've already outgrown
✓ You want the energy and accountability of doing deep work alongside other women
✓ You want direct access to me between calls — not just a self-paced program you disappear into
✓ You're comfortable being witnessed, and witnessing other women doing this work too
This isn’t for you if:
✘ You want every session built entirely around your specific story with no group element
✘ You aren't ready to question the story you've been living from
✘ You want another strategy-heavy program that tells you exactly what to do next
If you want the work built exclusively around your narrative, that's Private Mentorship, babe. If you're ready to discover what your next chapter looks like — alongside a small room of women ready for the same thing — keep reading.
what changes:
You won't leave with a perfectly mapped-out five-year business plan. You'll leave with something more fundamental: Clarity. Confidence. Direction. Fire. Fuel.
A deeper understanding of the story and roles you’ve been playing that shape every one of your choices. The confidence to let go of what you no longer want. More trust in your own decisions. And a new story you can actually begin to live from.
Because the goal isn't to think differently for eight weeks. The goal is to be the woman who makes different decisions.
Rewritten gave me permission to believe I am already enough as I am right now, and the bravery to start dreaming about my future again.
What felt so different about your approach was that there wasn't any pressure to become a completely different person. It was about reexamining, reframing, and stripping away these old narratives I'd been dragging around for years... That felt so much more attainable and compassionate than trying to 'fix' myself.

"There's so much more to our healing than sitting with someone weekly or monthly and just rehashing. I think that's the big missing piece with therapy — it seems like you rehash old wounds. And with Rewritten... you get to purge it, and think about it, and talk about it, and write about it, and it's not lingering anymore."
Cherie F.S.

"I've been seeing the same therapist for like almost 10 years, and she's helped me through some crazy stuff. But this is not stuff that we talk about… I just kind of expected that this would be easier because I'm so in touch with myself. But as it turns out, there's still a lot of work to do."

“I realized that even though I've done plenty of therapy for other things in the past, there were still a lot of things mentally blocking me from really doing what I wanted to do. Being in this really supportive group of other women and journaling really helped me think through some of those blocks that were holding me back.”

"You do a really nice job balancing facilitation while also being part of the group. I really appreciate how you respond to each person — sometimes by sharing your own experiences, sometimes just by valuing their voice. That's been really powerful."

"So many other programs… you get so excited, take notes, and they just stay in the notebook. But just over the past few weeks, I've actually taken steps forward — personally and professionally — that I would have hesitated on a year ago."

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. Entrepreneurship comes with its own kind of deep inner work, so business owners tend to see immediate, tangible benefit from this. But the truth is, anyone, at any stage of life, benefits from healing old stories and rewriting the identity built on top of them.
-
The Annual Live Event happens once a year and brings alums and new Rewriters together for one shared live experience. The Rewrite Room runs its own eight-week cycle with weekly calls and private WhatsApp access built in — so if you're ready now and don't want to wait for the annual event, this is the container for you.
-
Private Mentorship is built entirely around your story, one-on-one, session by session. The Rewrite Room is a group container — you're witnessed by and witnessing other women each week, and you still have private WhatsApp access to me, but there are no 1:1 sessions built around only your narrative.
If you want depth and a room full of other women in it with you, this is the fit. If you want the work built exclusively around your story, that's Private Mentorship.

Not at all. Many Rewritten graduates had never consistently journaled before. The prompts meet you exactly where you are.

This program was designed to fit into your life, not add to it. If you already have a morning routine, plug it in there — or set aside 20–30 minutes, 5 days a week.
Here's the structure: a Prep Work week to set the stage, then six weeks of narrative prompts, broken into 4–5 days each. Most Rewriters spend 20–30 minutes reflecting per day, plus a ~20-minute audio lesson each week to go deeper on that week's focus.
-
All calls are recorded and shared with the group. Many participants find the replays almost as powerful as attending live — though the WhatsApp thread means you're never fully out of the loop even if you miss a week.
-
Rewritten is not traditional therapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment. It's narrative work — a structured, supported process for identifying and rewriting the stories shaping your life. Many participants find it complements their therapy sessions beautifully.
-
You move into your two months in The Rewriter's Collective, where the integration work continues alongside other graduates.
Maybe you're not really stuck. Maybe you're just trying to build the next chapter from an old story.
If you've been circling the same decision…
Forcing the same strategy…
Gathering more information because you don't quite trust yourself to act on what you already know…
This is your invitation to stop gathering more information and start telling yourself the truth.
You don't need another fucking thing to fix. You might just need a room where you can finally hear yourself.
Four women. Eight weeks. One new story.
ABOUT JESSICA
After a decade in formal education, I left the primary classroom to help female business owners build personal brands and leverage their own stories for a deeper connection with their audience. But the teacher in me hadn’t fully left.
As clients got clear on their brand stories and transformational moments, I would see many of them get squirmy and uncomfortable about their lived experiences.
They’d say: I don't know if I'm ready to share this. It feels too personal.
I knew exactly what they were feeling. Because I'd lived it too.
Too many stories in my past had kept me small, stuck to old identities, belief systems, and roles that, when I learned more about who I really was on a soul-level, were not aligned at all.
So I knew I could teach these same clients how to reconcile their own past and move away from what was wrong to what was strong.
I built Rewritten using the tools that changed my own story, and deepened it through narrative therapy training at the Vancouver School of Narrative Therapy.
Now, I hold re-authoring conversations that help my Rewriters narrate from their power rather than from their wound. And we do this through neuroscience-backed journaling prompts, open conversations, and facilitated community.
